Local Pickup:

Yes, we offer local pickup at our storefront which is located at 251 Park Avenue in Rochester, NY! If you are local to Rochester, NY you can choose local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email with instructions for pickup when your order is ready!

In-Store Return Policy:

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase/ receiving your order. We only accept returns in perfect condition with tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on vendor items, food or beauty products (highlighted in pink). These are final sale.

Online Return Policy:  

To initiate an online exchange, please email figgystudioandshop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item, with your order number and any additional information. 

Customers are responsible for non-damaged return shipping fees. The item must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached. Customers will receive store credit via digital e-gift card in the amount for the returned item after we receive it and confirm it is unused / in good condition.
