We always do free repairs on our handmade jewely. Just bring it in to the shop & drop it off or send us an email at figgystudioandshop@gmail.com if you are not local to Rochester.

We also offer chain replacement (pricing varies).

Turn around time for repairs is anywhere between 1-8 weeks (depending on the piece).
