Free repairs: We offer free repairs on our handmade jewelry if it breaks due to normal wear and tear for up to 1 year with proof of purchase.

Simply bring it into the shop & drop it off or send us an email at figgystudioandshop@gmail.com if you are not local to Rochester.

We also offer chain replacement (pricing varies).

Turnaround time for repairs is anywhere between 1-8 weeks (depending on the piece).
